About us

This blog is for current students as well as those how are thinking about going to Scotland for studies.

We came up with the idea for this blog as a part of a course we are all attending at University of the West of Scotland. Since four of us are Erasmus students, we know for a fact that the information you get regarding your future school and the everyday lift can be very limited before you actually arrive. For this reason we thought it would be a good idea to gather all the information we wish we would have gotten before our exchange.

I am Florence Ariey-Bonnet, a French student who comes from the south of France (Gap close to Aix-en-Provence). I am studying Business and International Marketing in third year in the University of the West of Scotland in Paisley. Next year, I will return to France for an International Management master degree.

My name is Johan, and I am an exchange student at the University West of   Scotland. My home university is located in Borås - Sweden, where I'm studying economics and business administration/Marketing. After my exchange semester here in Scotland I will be starting my fourth year of studies after the summer back in Sweden.

My name is Vichnie-line, I am 22 and I come from France (Marseille). This year I am studying Business (3rd year) in the University of the West of Scotland. After that, I will return to France to do a hospitality management master degree or a public management master degree.

My name is Hendrik, I am a full time student at the University of the West of Scotland in Paisley. I am currently enrolled in the undergraduate Business Studies course. I have lived in Paisley, Scotland for the past 3 years and am planning to continue here for my Honours degree.

My name is Maria Andersson, and I am studying one semester at the University of the West of Scotland. I am an exchange student from Sweden and my main subject at UWS is Business. In the end of May I will go back home, and after the summer I will start my fourth and last year at University of Borås. In May 2014 I will graduate with the degree Master of Science in Business and Economics.
